Product presentation is an invitation to purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or unlawful activity, with an appropriate refund when payment was collected.

Recurring purchases are governed by the Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy displayed before checkout. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

Crystals and stone products naturally vary in color, shape, pattern, size, and inclusions. Website photographs are representative unless an item is expressly identified as the exact piece shown.

Crystal traditions, symbolism, and energy descriptions are cultural and educational content. Stone Parade products and content do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and are not a substitute for professional care.

Stone Parade names, artwork, photographs, written content, collection cards, and storefront design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice where required.
