Where we ship
Stone Parade currently offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States. Availability for territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, and international destinations may vary at checkout.
Processing
Subscription boxes ship in monthly batches. Your order confirmation and account provide the most current fulfillment status. Launch and holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, Shopify sends it to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created.
Address changes
Update your shipping address before the renewal or fulfillment cutoff shown in your account. Stone Parade cannot guarantee rerouting after a shipment enters carrier possession.
Delivery issues
Contact support promptly if tracking reports a delivery problem or a package arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and provide clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
