Surprise-box purchases
Because each Stone Parade is a curated surprise collection, preference-based returns and exchanges are not accepted for individual stones, colors, or styles. This does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support within seven days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or different from the category promised. Include the order number, packaging, and clear photographs. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after review.
Natural variation
Color zoning, inclusions, surface texture, and minor shape differences are natural characteristics of crystal and stone. They are not defects unless the item is structurally damaged or materially misrepresented.
Approved returns
Do not mail an item without return authorization. Approved items must be returned with all included components and protective packaging. Refund timing depends on Shopify Payments and the customer's financial institution.
